LIMITED | Swiss Legacy is a progressive exploration through traditional and modern minimalism. In the past Swiss-style was so well considered, it gave the impression it was created with little effort. That legacy is now being reinterpreted with more personality, playfulness and humour. To honour the past and present, each kit in this LIMITED Collection comes with choice: Old versus new; alt versus neue. Neither is wrong, all of it is right. The choice is entirely up to you.
A repetitive wave pattern that perfectly represents Switzerland. The roads that wind through blanket snow in winter or the summer playground of meandering lakes. It's chocolate-box beauty wherever you look.
One might be excused for thinking our inspiration was rolling green hills and sunflowers. But in fact, it was a beautiful Swiss Miss striding past a bus shelter laden with incredible poster art that caught our imagination. One thing stood out more than the other – we rekindled the moment in a kit.
Design is mathematics and Nicolette Neue is a bit of a geek out on this kinship. The reaction diffusion pattern exemplifies everything that Swiss Design stands for. And everything we love about geeks.
We find solace in a Kunsthalle, or art gallery, as much as the next person. And inspired by an installation at a Kunsthaus in Basel, we were driven to put peach and purple in union. They work like a good love story – shadows of themselves without one another.
Waves, flowing lines, movement. Put simply, we love it. It's organic and free. But structured and assured. It's also mint and white – a beautiful breath of fresh Swiss air.
Separating Switzerland from Germany is the beautiful Lake Constance. A mesmerising contrast of blocks. The aquamarine mint water rests at the foot of a pale blue and white sky. A visual treat and simple pleasure, but sometimes they are the best.
Business on top, party down below. Max Neue, a part of our Neue wave designs, is a seamless arrangement of ~ / 0 symbols. To us, they are expressions of water, roads and family. But we'll leave you to conjure your own stories.
Inspired by a poster on a St Gallen bus shelter – red block, bold typography, but one of the best designs you have ever seen. So simple. So Swiss. So good.
