A Special Collab kit in support of The Cyclists' Alliance

At Black Sheep you know we're pretty bloody passionate about women’s cycling and developing the sport as a whole. So to share our love for women’s cycling, we recently joined forces with Cycling Tips to create a very special kit for both women and men in support of The Cyclists' Alliance.

United by a common cause. Together, striving for fairness for women in cycling.

The Cyclists Alliance was founded in 2017 by a driven group of former and current professional female cyclists. The motivation behind developing the organisation was to take a stand together and strive for fairness in women’s cycling – something we’ve also strived for with our very own WMN Initiative. Aiming to overcome low salaries, routine mistreatment within teams and sexual discrimination.

Since the off, they have developed a strong board who supports the Rider’s Council and a core selection of influential professional cyclists. The group has continually grown over the years to now consist of a strong-willed, diverse group of female cyclists and enthusiasts, representing different disciplines and stemming from various backgrounds. Their efforts are focussed on securing fairer pay, providing advice and opportunities to athletes pre, during and post-career. Acting as an intermediary between riders and teams and increasing the overall appeal of women’s cycling. All from a trustworthy platform, which riders feel safe to approach at any given time to address their issues or seek advice.
